2co 5:8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be ABSENT FROM THE BODY, and to be present with the Lord.
the scripture says "we are confident" that is quiet a statement to know you will be with the Lord
1co 15:55 O death, where is thy sting? O GRAVE, where is thy victory?
Because of the finished work of Jesus on the Cross... we have victory over death and the grave... we shall live forever with Him.
Joh 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him(Jesus) should not PERISH, but have eternal life.
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son(Jesus), that whosoever believeth in him(Jesus) should not PERISH, but have everlasting life.
the Bible says believe in Him and you shall not Die, But have everlasting Life... that means Life in Heaven after you Die hear on earth....
Here are some more scriptures that talk about eternal life
Joh 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never PERISH, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
The scripture says never perish and no man may pluck them away from me...
Joh 6:50 This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not DIE.
Jesus is the Bread that came down from Heaven, and if you partake in Jesus you shall never Die
Joh 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never DIE. Believest thou this?
Believe in Him and ye shall Live
1co 15:22 For as in Adam all DIE, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
the scripture says that all Die because of Sin, but we can have life everlasting in Jesus.
Ro 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ Died for us.
Joh 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the GRAVEs shall hear his voice,
Mt 27:52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,
2pe 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should PERISH, but that all should come to repentance.
God Loves us, he is so patient in waiting for us, he want us to come to Him...
turn from our sins and call upon him
Heb 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to DIE, but after this the judgment:
But time is limited friend... If we die without Jesus... we are in BIG TROUBLE...
there is a penalty for SIN, it is Death(separation from GOD).
there is a place of perfect judgment called Hell that awaits those who reject Jesus.
the Bible Speaks of Fire in Hell
According to the bible:
Hell is a place where the:
"fire cannot be quenched" - (Mk.9:48)
"weeping / gnashing of teeth" - (Mt.25:30)
" tormented in this flame" - (Luke 16:24)
"danger of hell fire" - (Matt 5:22)
It will be eternal separation from our Holy God
in HELL / without your FAMILY or FRIENDS!

Re 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the BOOK OF LIFE was cast into the lake of fire.
Everyone will stand before GOD one day and give an account...
we will all be Judged...
